Cancellation policy

Any cancellations received before August 31, 2024 will receive a full refund.

For cancellations received between September 1, 2024 and September 30, 2024, registrants will forfeit 50 percent of their registration fee.

Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after October 1, 2024, will forfeit their entire registration fee, and registrations received after this date will not be eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email info@LP360.com with your request for review.

Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. LP360 reserves the right to cancel any event or training. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation, if applicable.
